The Progress in Study of Cholesterol 7 Alpha Hydroxylas

胆固醇7α-羟化酶(cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase, CYP7A1)是催化胆固醇在肝脏分解为胆汁酸的限速酶，受多种因子调控，以维持胆固醇代谢平衡，多种中药及饮食成分对CYP7A1的基因表达有明显调节作用，影响血脂代谢，本文就CYP7A1基因的研究进展综述如下。 Cholesterol 7 alpha hydroxylase is the speed limiting enzyme that catalyzes the decomposition of cholesterol into the bile acid in the liver, regulated by a variety of factors, maintaining the balance of cholesterol metabolism, kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and food effect the gene expression of CYP7A1, influencing blood lipid metabolism.
