Visualizing hydrogen peroxide in Parkinson’s disease models via a ratiometric NIR fluorogenic probe

摘要
•A new ratiometric and NIR fluorogenic probe (NIR-HP1) for detecting H2O2 in Parkinson’s disease models was developed.•NIR-HP1 shows specific H2O2-induced emission shift from visible light to NIR region.•NIR-HP1 has been utilized to realize the in vivo ratiometric H2O2 imaging in living cells and zebrafish.•NIR-HP1 was successfully applied to the detection of endogenous H2O2 in parkin-null Drosophila brain.
