摘要

•The influence of the fluctuation of CO2 concentration in the lower atmosphere is discussed in the measurement of XCO2.•A weighting function optimized method is provided considering the actual CO2 concentration profile and the proportion of the lower weighting function.•The method corrects the bias in the measurement and relaxes the atmosphere sensitivity to pressure.•More appropriate wavelengths have been provided for the further reference of development of an IPDA lidar.
