摘要

We propose coarse-to-fine phase modulation for Y-00 quantum stream cipher that employs extremely high-order PSK modulation for signal masking by quantum noise. Encryption with a record-high 2 ¹⁷ phase levels and penalty-less digital-coherent decryption are demonstrated at 10 Gbaud.
