摘要

We numerically demonstrate PDL mitigation by polarization-time codes with a simple decoding method, without using complicated maximum likelihood decoding. Also, we evaluate fibre nonlinear tolerance of the coded signals, and find the coded signals have slightly larger transmission penalty.
