摘要

•Current-induced magnetization switching in the SAF structure is demonstrated by SOT.•The SOT fields are quantified by using harmonic Hall voltage measurement technique.•The SOT fields are found to be vector sum of the SOT fields from the two FM layers.•A novel method to modulate the SOT fields of the SAF structure is presented.
