We present a set of treatment techniques for GMOS/IFU data cubes, including correction of the differential atmospheric refraction; Butterworth spatial filtering, to remove high spatial-frequency noise; instrumental fingerprint removal; Richardson–Lucy deconvolution, to improve the spatial resolution of the observations.
