摘要

Microwave source system with high power and high stability is an important component of the superconducting accelerator in the free electron laser facility. This paper mainly presents the design of the 30 kW continuous wave (CW) microwave source system in the China Academy of Engineering Physics terahertz free electron laser (CAEP THz FEL, CTFEL) facility, the structure and the application of this system are also introduced.
