Institutional Entrepreneurship Strategy, Network Structure and Legitimacy—Case Study Based on Third Party Payment

摘要
As China's various industries to develop faster, there is lagging regulatory. Based on the perspective of entrepreneurial network, this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the influencing factors of the choice of institutional entrepreneurship strategy and the internal mechanism of institutional entrepreneurship strategy and legitimacy. This paper follows the theory sampling principle and selects the case study of Alipay and TenPay. It will explain how the strategy affects the network structure characteristics, and how the network structure affects the legitimacy of the network structure. The paper puts forward a theoretical model of institutional entrepreneurial strategy, network structure and legitimacy.
