The Osteo-adipofascial fibula free flap; How we do it in Northampton

Introduction: Fibula free flaps are widely described in the literature for reconstruction of head and neck defects. We outline the use of the osteo-adipofascial fibula free flap in the reconstruction of oral cavity defects and describe its advantages over the traditional osteo-cuteaneos fibula free flap.
