Key Technologies and Prospects for Planning Methods of Energy Internet

The research on energy Internet has made great progress, but many key technologies still lack substantial breakthroughs, and research on planning needs to be further developed. Firstly, this paper summarizes the connotation and structure of the Energy Internet; Then, it summarizes the key technologies of Energy Internet and its existing problems in the aspects of “Integrated Energy System” (IES) and “Cyber Physics System”(CPS). What's more, it analyzes the key directions in future planning research. Finally, this paper puts forward the idea of adaptive planning as the key point, such as planning model based on two-layer constraint, the preliminary construction and vision planning of energy internet based on complex networks, and the “source-network-load” comprehensive planning and transient process analysis of the ubiquitous smart distribution grid in transition of the Energy Internet. All is intended to provide reference and discussion basis for subsequent exploration work.
