This papers presents a distributed cooperative management approach for microgrid using NARMA-L2 model. The ping control, a distributed control approach that only needs partial information of the microgrid, is introduced at first. Considering the difficulties of determining the ping control parameters of dynamic model of distributed generation, NARMA-L2 model is adopted then. The reference value generator within the cooperative control model is determined using gradient descent searching algorithm. To evaluate the performance of proposed distributed cooperative management approach, a microgrid model including four distributed generators is established as the testbed. The simulation results of difference scenarios have shown that the proposed control method has good control performance in realizing the target of power sharing and fast voltage recovery within the microgrid.
