Science teachers’ practices: Teaching for self-regulated learning in relation to Pintrich and Zusho’s (2007) model

摘要
•The study examined Pintrich and Zusho’s (2007) model. Findings revealed that all teachers used practices related to three components of the model.•Most of the teachers reported practices were related to the instructional methods and regulating the context components.•Two components (school context and out-of-school social factors) were not represented in the model.•These components were added to the model.
