This paper adopts interleaved parallel magnetic integration theory, in-depth study of the six-phase interleaved parallel non-isolated fully coupled bidirectional power converter for large power system. For the first time, it is proposed to realize the magnetic integration theory of symmetric full coupling between the main inductance of the six-channel converter. Based on the detailed analysis of the main inductance full coupling theory and the working mode of the converter, the static and dynamic equivalent inductances under different duty cycle are deduced, and then, the design method of the optimal coupling coefficient design criteria is given by using the normalized processing method, and the design method of a novel array type integrated magnetic component which is universal and extended is given. Finally, the performance comparison of the converter with uncoupled and fully coupled inductance is proved by experiment.
