摘要
In this study, we focus on the key factor that curtails the wind power accommodation: peak load regulation, and propose the assessment method of the mid-long term wind power accommodation that is valid and effective, thus providing the basis for decision analysis of the large-scale wind integrated power system dispatch. Based on the impact of wind power integration on the system's daily peak load regulation demand, we conduct the statistical analysis of the peak-valley difference, the key factor that curtails the wind power accommodation, and the results demonstrate the mid-long term probabilistic features of the peak load regulation demand for large-scale wind integrated power system. The related concepts like probabilistic risk are thus introduced. Based on the probability distribution of peak-valley difference in daily net load, the risk assessment model for mid-long term wind power curtailment at risk for large-scale wind integrated power system enables us to evaluate the impact of wind power uncertainty on system operation through the risk indicators and the wind power accommodation of the system as well as the wind power curtailment at risk for mid-long term operation planning. The effectiveness and validity of the proposed method are verified via the test system with 20 conventional power units.
