摘要

•Semi-transparent CIGS solar cells are deposited on FTO substrates by single stage co-evaporation.•Optimal Na content in the absorber layer is critical for solar cell performance.•6.46% PCE and 18.59% AVT for the solar cell with 200-nm-thick absorber is obtained.
