摘要
Abstract: The results, obtained from a prospective design, are focused on the risk of adverse events and loss of quality of care in case of hygiene isolation procedures when patients are colonized or infected by extensively resistant bacteria in France. This letter raises the question of the best cost-benefit approach necessary for optimal infection control as well as for optimal quality of care. However, ethical issues need to be discussed.
