摘要

•The most active among the 91 tested binary catalyst was Na2WO4-Mn/SiO2.•The α-cristobalite phase and the Na2WO4:Mn ratio are critical for the activity.•The optimal C2+ yield was 23.54%, with 60.5% selectivity.•The stability of Na2WO4-Mn/SiO2 was good over 50 h of testing.•Catalyst sintering and phase transformation caused slow catalyst deactivation.
