摘要
This paper reports on a method to derive a measurement-based behavioral model for frequency-selective limiters. Similar to its use in power amplifier linearization, such a model is useful for digital post-distortion to reduce intermodulation distortion (IMD). An orthogonal memory polynomial (OMP) model with normalized mean-square error (NMSE) of less than -40dB across frequency separations and power sweeps is reported.
