摘要
Early extubation of ventilated extremely preterm infants to non-invasive respiratory support is recommended to minimise lung injury and bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), but the ideal mode remains unclear. Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) is well-established non-invasive mode, but clinical evidence comparing with biphasic positive airway pressure (BiPAP) is lacking.
