摘要

•A panel of PEDV structural and nonstructural proteins were expressed.•These PEDV antigens were tested for reactivity with sera from PEDV-infected pigs.•851 porcine sera were analyzed by ELISA with antigens showing immune-reactivity.•Pattern of neutralizing antibody was more similar to that of IgA in weaning piglets.•ORF3C and E in addition to S1 can be used as diagnostic markers for serologic detection.
