摘要
Central hepatectomy is considered one of the most difficult procedures to perform laparoscopically (1). However, and thanks to the unique characteristics of the laparoscopic approach, a standardized technique can facilitate its safe performance based on three principles: no liver mobilization, initial glissonian control and root approach of the right hepatic vein. A tourniquet around the hepatic pedicle (2), is exteriorized at the level of the suprapubic incision.
