We sometimes experience that adipose tissues in the submucosa, cause cloudiness of the endoscopic lensor smoke during gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). Accordingly, we need wash the lens and aspirate smoke in the stomach frequently. Therefore, we investigated predictive factors of adipose tissue volume of submucosal layer in stomach before ESD.
