摘要
A voltage-programmed circuit is presented for active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays. The circuit contains five low temperature poly-silicon (LTPS) thin film transistors (TFTs) and two capacitors. The circuit can effectively compensate both the threshold voltage shift and the power supply voltage drop. In the circuit, the OLED can avoid flicker in the initialization step. The simulation results demonstrate that the current errors rates of the pixel circuit are below 2.2%.
