摘要
Increased reintervention associated with infrarenal endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) leads to excess patient morbidity and costs compared with open surgery. Fenestrated/branched EVAR (fbEVAR) uses branched or fenestrated stent grafts to treat more anatomically challenging aneurysms. While reported reintervention rates after fbEVAR are similar to routine EVAR, reports are limited to high-volume institutions and in the context of clinical trials/registries. We sought to identify real-world rates and risk factors for reintervention after fbEVAR using national claims data.
