Monte Carlo Modeling of Ferromagnetism of Nano-Graphene Monolayer within Ising Model

•Gradual transition between ferromagnetic and paramagnetic phases of nano-sized graphene near room temperature, was obtained.•The existence of hysteresis near absolute zero temperature, was established.•Gradual two-step transition between ferromagnetic and paramagnetic phases near absolute zero temperature, was obtained.
