Nanotoxicity: Harnessing Calcium‐Oxalate‐ (CaOx‐) Nanocrystal‐Induced Prodeath Autophagy for Attenuating Human Renal Proximal Tubular Epithelial Cell Injury (Part. Part. Syst. Charact. 8/2019)
Particle & Particle Systems Characterization(2019)
摘要
In article number 1900083, Chaozhao Liang, Li Zhang, Zongyao Hao, and co-workers prepare calcium oxalate nanocrystals (CaOx NCs) from clinical samples through ball milling. These CaOx NCs induce prodeath autophagy and autophagy-modulated apoptosis to cause toxicity. Harnessing autophagy could efficiently attenuate kidney cell injury.
