摘要
The aim of the study was to study the possibility of the influence of remaxol and cytoflavin on the level of products of lipid peroxidation and the state of the antioxidant system. The study included 122 patients aged 50-75 years, diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction with ST segment elevation. Patients were randomly divided into two groups, each of which, depending on the severity class of acute heart failure, was divided into two further subgroups: Classes II and III according to the Killip classification. Patients of the first group received standard therapy according to the recommendations of the Russian Society of Cardiology, in the second group - additional remaxol and cytoflavin. The parameters of lipid peroxidation were evaluated by the content of hydroperoxides and malonic dialdehyde, and the status of the antioxidant system was evaluated by the activity of catalase and superoxide dismutase. The addition to standard treatment of remaxol and cytoflavin, both at the prehospital and hospital stages for 5 days, contributes to the weakening of lipid peroxidation and enhances the antioxidant defense, which can obviously be related to both the direct action of these drugs on these processes, both and with the probability of a more dynamic recovery of perfusion in the ischemic portion of the myocardium, which will contribute to the normalization of the structural and functional state of the cardiomyocyte membranes.
