GSH/pH dual-responsive supramolecular hybrid vesicles for synergistic enzymatic/chemo-tumor therapy

•The GOD/DTX@SHVs have good loading capability for both hydrophobic and hydrophilic molecules owing to their unique vesicular structure.•The GOD/DTX@SHVs are GSH-responsive and ROS sensitive, guaranteeing the controllable release of cargos under endogenous stimulation.•The combination index of 0.285 in cellular level and high tumor inhibitory rate of 95.3% and 100% survival rate in vivo are achieved.
