Propagation Direction Interleaved Cladding Pumped 19-core EDFA

摘要
Core-to-core crosstalk of cladding pumped 19-core EDFA is reduced to about half by applying propagation-direction interleaving technique. Amplification characteristics for backward pumped signals are almost the same as forward pumped ones.
