•Hybrid film of graphene, CNT and Au-nanoparticles is used as an electrode.•Hybrid film exhibits low sheet resistance and high transmittance.•AZO interlayer improves the wettability of the hybrid film.•Current efficiency using hybrid is comparable with ITO.
