摘要
The paper addresses the generation of behavioral simulation models based on a Thevenin equivalent circuit. The work assumes the passive, linear independent elements of a DUT as dominating for the impedances of the equivalent circuit. This assumption simplifies the model generation because the impedance elements are measureable in a passive state of the device. The paper discusses constrains of this simplification in detail and applies the method to a DC brush motor. We generate the model for the motor without any filter elements. Subsequently, we add strong filter elements. The behavioral simulation model is able to forecast the electromagnetic emissions with and without the filter for common- and differential-mode voltages precisely up to 110 MHz.
