摘要

•On-pot synthesis method was used for the sensitive detection of Hg(II) ions.•The Hg(II) ion was captured such DETTDC2/binder/GCE material for the first time.•It exhibited the immense sensitivity (∼0.74367 µA µM−1 cm−2) and lowest detection limit (∼12.80 pM).
