摘要
The ferromagnetic tip-induced superconductivity is successfully realized in Weyl semimetal TaAs by cryogenic point contact measurements. Typical p-wave-like point contact spectra are observed in some point contact states. Related magneto-transport measurements show that the topologically nontrivial nature under the tip maintains and the induced superconductivity coexists with the ferromagnetism. The experimental results suggest that the induced superconductivity in TaAs may show nontrivial topology. (WP: Weyl point; SC: superconductivity; FM: ferromagnetism).
