Spinal leptomeningeal oligodendrogliomatosis after resection of cerebral anaplastic oligodendoglioma with 1p19q Co-deletion - A case report.

•Spinal leptomeningeal dissemination is rare in anaplastic cerebral oligodendroglioma.•The prognostic value of spinal leptomeningeal dissemination remains unclear.•This case shows dissemination of oligodendroglioma to the spinal meninges.•Encephalitic features and meningism improved with corticosteroid therapy.•Spinal dissemination may represent and independent marker of poor outcome.
