•A baseline-free time reversal probabilistic imaging algorithm is proposed.•The focusing mechanism of wave source is used to eliminate the dispersion Lamb wave.•The relative distance is used to adjust the weight distribution function.•The proposed algorithm can accurately identify and locate multiple damages.
