Synthesis, Characterization and Antimicrobial Activity of Some New Heterocyclic Compounds Incorporating Pyridazine Moiety

A series of heterocyclic compounds incorporating pyridazine moiety (1-24) were synthesized and evaluated for antimicrobial activities Grampositive bacteria, Gramnegative bacteria and Yeast. Compounds 2b, 2c, 6, 7 and 10 were tested under antimicrobial activities as MICS. The results illustrated that among the synthesized compounds as a lead compound with good antimicrobial activity.
