Diameter dependent structural and magnetic properties of CoNi alloy nanotubes

摘要
•CoNi (Cobalt Nickel) alloys nanotubes are fabricated in different diameters AAO templates by using dc electrodeposition method.•XRD indicates the highly crystalline nature of Co0.5Ni0.5 alloy nanotube with FCC phase.•Magnetization reversal modes which show different angular dependences of coercivity.•The temperature dependence of coercivity yield follow the 3/2 power law for the field dependence of energy barriers for hysteresis.•Blocking temperature goes on decreasing as the diameter decreased.
