摘要
•Hydraulic jump-based microfluidic size-selective cell sorter is developed.•The sorting efficiency is independent of microchannel width and chamber height.•69 % of WBCs and 80 % of RBCs were trapped in separate chambers.•The trapped cells or particles can be selectively released by increasing flow rate.
