Design of Michelson Experiment Instrument Based on Embedded System

摘要
This paper studies the working principle and test method of Michelson interferometer. Designed an automatic experimental device for Michelson interferometer based on ARM microcontroller stm32. The real-time operating system "μC/OS-II" and the graphical user interface system "μC/GUI" were ported on the STM32 controller. Real-time acquisition of experimental data by motor-driven equipment, and automatic filtering through software filtering. This paper first gives the basic principles of Michelson's interference experiment. Then detailed the hardware and software design of the system. Finally, the actual experimental results are given to verify the practicability and superiority of the design.
