摘要
•Uniform and smooth Cu(0)-loaded polymeric fibers were prepared by one-step electrospinning.•Microwave Ar plasma treatments allowed to generate Cu/Cu2O nanostructures on fibers.•Various morphologies of Cu/Cu2O nanostructures were modulated by plasma treatments.•The plasma treated fibers displayed the highest photocatalytic activity toward methyl orange and 4-NP under visible light.
