摘要
In this paper, a probabilistic operational planning methodology is introduced for distribution automation (DA) implementation that considers energy storages (ESs) participation in service restoration. In the proposed methodology, ESs in the faulted zone are proposed to restore their connected customers; however, ESs located in the backup feeding path-including the backup feeder and the downstream zones of the faulted zone-are proposed not only to restore their connected customers but also to assist the network operator in order to restore customers located in the downstream zones of the faulted zone through increasing the available capacity of the backup feeding path which leads to augmenting the possibility of transferring the interrupted load points to the backup feeder. In addition, uncertain parameters of the service restoration problem were considered in the proposed approach through extracting a number of valid scenarios for service restoration problem. The objective of the presented approach is minimizing the cost of reliability imposed to the network operator which consists of the total customers' damage cost, the total cost of energy not sold due to contingency occurrence, the total cost of control devices-ie, automatic sectionalizing switches-deployment, and the total cost of ESs employment in service restoration. The sensitivity of the obtained results on the value of the maximum available DA implementation budget was studied. The efficacy of the introduced approach is evaluated through implementing it on the forth bus of Roy Bilinton test system (RBTS4).
