A Pulse Convolution Jamming Method Based on Multiple Phases Sectionalized Modulation

To solve the problem of multi-target barrage jamming, a method of pulse convolution jamming based on multiple phases sectionalized modulation (MPSM) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the received signal is divided into multiple subsections and modulated by multiple phases. Then, the jamming signal is modulated by pulse convolution. Finally, amplify and transmit the jamming signal. This method utilizes MPSM to expand the jamming range, and pulse convolution modulation to control the number, location and amplitude of the jamming, thus achieving the effect of local barrage of jamming for multi-target. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that this method can not only obtain the gain of pulse compression process, effectively reduce the jamming power, but also control the jamming range, number, location and amplitude.
