摘要

•Ouabain induced hyperactivity in rats, HDAC inhibitors reversed these alterations.•Ouabain did not alter HDAC, DNMT and HAT in the brain of rats.•HDAC inhibitors decreased HDAC and DNMT activity in control and Ouabain-treated animals.•A positive correlation was found between HDAC and DNMT activities.
