摘要

•Magnetic properties of Fe80Co20 thin films have been investigated.•Ultra-low values of the damping constant α (≤10-3) have been obtained.•Films grow epitaxially on MgO (0 0 1) single crystal substrates.•Dynamic response of the magnetization was studied by FMR.•Two magnon scattering and mosaicity were used to model the experimental data.
