Optimizing a joint multi-operator planning to reduce deployment costs and urban hinder

•Before the optimization runs, the raw data is transformed into the data model.•In any of the three scenarios, large synergy gains up to 94% were obtained.•The model can be implemented using any search heuristics or optimization method.
