Highly sensitive photoelectrochemical detection of glucose based on BiOBr/TiO2 nanotube array p-n heterojunction nanocomposites

摘要
•BiOBr-TNTA was obtained through anodization and subsequent deposition process.•The BiOBr-TNTA nanocomposites were used for the first time as PEC electrodes.•The BiOBr-TNTA has a wide linear range of 5 × 102~3 × 107nM in detection of glucose.•The minimum detection limit of BiOBr-TNTA in detection of glucose is 10 nM.•The BiOBr-TNTA electrodes show excellent selectivity, stability and repeatability.
