Demand Analysis and Application Mode of Highly Elliptical Orbit SAR Satellite

Highly elliptical orbit (HEO) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites are endowed with long-term consecutive observation nearby apogee and high-resolution imaging nearby perigee. In this paper, we conduct the demand analysis and provide multiple application modes for highly elliptical orbit SAR satellite, which will provide a comprehensive reference work for future study and deployment.
