Design of the Portable Automobile Lighting Test System Based on Pxie Bus

摘要
In order to improve the performance of automobile lighting system, the paper presents a novel design method of the portable automobile lighting test system based on PXIe bus. This test system takes advantage of the design concept of PXIe bus test technology and a portable test platform to complete the test of electrical characteristics and durability of automotive lighting equipment. The software part of this test system adopts the idea of modular and layered design, which helps users to test all kinds of automobile lighting components automatically through different interfaces. The experiment shows that the designed test system has high transmission speed, high integration and strong expansibility. This method could provide a universal and effective solution for measuring the performance of other automobile systems such as motors, engines, batteries, etc. through PXIe bus and the portable integrated test platform, which could be also used in a variety of other automatic test systems.
