摘要

•Two assays to detect DENV/ZIKV and differentiate the 4 DENV serotypes were developed.•Both assays were proven to be highly sensitive and specific.•The assays were capable of detecting DENV/ZIKV in Cambodia and other countries.•The primers and probes will have to be constantly updated in silico.
